Refund policy
Due to the nature of photo and fine art prints being handled, we offer a 48 hour/2 Day replacement policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a replacement, if it is determined that we/Pixels & Ink caused an imperfection on your product.
However, we also guarantee our quality of materials and longevity and work to avoid imperfections and defects – if you find any problem with your prints, mounts, etc, please contact us for replacement due to defective media or product.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your replacement is accepted, (for shipped items: we’ll send you a return shipping label), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a replacement will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We take great care to inspect each print product before it leaves our facility. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We offer a Replacement Print per our Return and Refund Policy.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable items
– Certain types of items cannot be returned, nor refunded. Custom products such as special orders, personalized items, Canvas Wraps, Metal Prints, Flat Prints, Mounted Prints etc. These items Not Returnable/Not Refundable due to labor and materials, and/or fees. They are available for no-cost replacement due to defect.
– We do not accept returns nor offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.
– We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item – We will gladly replace your print product asap should there be a defect in manufacturing and/or printing.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to
1) Contact Us
2) Return the defective item, and once the item in inspected and accepted
3) We will replace the item/product at no additional cost to the customer
Refunds
Refunds are few and far between – if customer has contacted us and we have determined that we are unable to replace your item, we will refund either a partial amount or full amount of the original sale, project and invoice dependent.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
